A teen convicted on two counts of 3rd-degree sexual assault is getting probation.
That was the sentencing handed down to 19-year-old Fridman Lagos-Ramirez during his last court appearance last Thursday (January 9th).
Lagos-Ramirez was arrested in 2023 after he had sex with an underage victim twice.
After admitting it to the police, the parents pressed charges.
Lagos-Ramirez must also go through a psychosexual evaluation and have no contact with anyone under 18 without prior consent.
He’ll also have to comply with the sex offender registry.
