The Manitowoc Two Rivers Lions Cub’s annual bowling fundraiser is back this weekend.
On Sunday (February 2nd) twenty-four teams will be on hand at Meadow Lanes North for the 10th Annual Bowling Blind Fundraiser.
Participants will be required to bowl with vision-impaired goggles simulating various eye diseases.
Starting at 4:00 p.m. the purpose is to be aware of the difficulties faced by the blind and visually impaired each and every day.
There are various raffles, a DJ playing music and making announcements.
The twenty-four teams will bowl three games with 2 out of the 3 games with vision-impaired goggles.
A silent auction will also take place as well.
Funds raised benefit service projects sponsored by the Manitowoc/Two Rivers Lions Club.
