Rebecca Lynne Chewning, 36, Manitowoc, Child Abuse-Recklessly Cause Harm on 5/27/24, Guilty plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years consecutive to Manitowoc County case number 22CF380.
