Marilyn E. Saduske, 92, of Two Rivers passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Felician Village in Manitowoc.
Marilyn was born on August 10, 1932 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, daughter of the late John and Hildegarde (Fuchs) Bast. Marilyn attended Sacred Heart School and graduated with the class of 1950 from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, WI. Following high school, Marilyn was employed by Manitowoc Shipbuilding in the office and the Nash Law Firm in Manitowoc. Marilyn was married to Chester Saduske, had four children, and together managed the Elks Club in Two Rivers. Marilyn also worked for many years for the City of Two Rivers in the Assessment and Inspection office until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her friends, golfing, and as a member of the Red Hatters.
Marilyn is survived by her daughters Carol (Mark) Jacobsen, Susan (Larry) LaGrange, Mary (Darrell) Basken, and Michael (Nanette) Saduske, 9 grandchildren, Mitchell Jacobsen, Bradley Jacobsen, Austin (Josie) Jacobsen, Ashley Smith, Amanda McCabe, Elyse (Nick) Lefter, Tanner Basken, Allie (Jordan) Steckler, and Maddie (Casey) Nelson, 6 great-grandchildren, Carter, Jaxon, Cashton, Orion, Maya, and Nash, and one brother, Donald (Judith) Bast.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister Shirley Cisler, and brother Robert Bast.
Marilyn’s family would like to thank the staff at Felician Village, The Gardens, and St. Marys home for the wonderful care and kindness they provided over the last two years. The family would also like to thank the staff from Sharon S. Richardson Hospice for the very special care, and compassion they provided to Marilyn and her family.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, 3201 Mishicot Road, with Rev. Dave Pleier officiating. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday, February 17, 2025 at the church from 9:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Marilyn will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Two Rivers.
