Meetings in Two Rivers will not be held in council chambers for some time.
The city council approved changing locations to the Lester Public Library Community Room on Adams Street because the elevator at city hall is getting repairs.
The city is required to follow the rules of the Americans with Disabilities Act which means meetings have to be held at a place accessible to those with disabilities.
The meeting includes their February work session meeting next Monday (February 24th) and their two regular March council meetings.
Other city boards and commissions will also be in the Community Room.
Council meetings can be watched on the city’s YouTube channel and on cable channel 993 if a resident can’t make it in person.
