
A Manitowoc-based company was among the honorees at the 36th Annual Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award banquet.
Redline Plastics received the Top of the Line Workplace award, one of four special awards handed out Thursday (February 20th) at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee.
The other special award winners were Omnia Wood Products of Crivitz, which received the Future of Flavor Award, while the Global Impact Award was given to ANGI Energy Systems out of Janesville, and VARC Inc of Viroqua received the Empowerment Through Inclusion Award.
The big awards were for Manufacturers of the Year in the Small, Medium, Large, and Mega categories. JR Machine of Shawano was the Small category winner, Plas-Tech Engineering out of Lake Geneva was the top medium category manufacturer, Merril’s Weinbrenner Shoe Company earned the large category award, while the Mega Manufacturer of the Year Award went to Plexus Corp out of Neenah.
