Nelda Smith, aged 75, of Valders, WI, passed away February 21,2025. She was born in Hobart, Oklahoma to proud parents Andrew Ray and Geraldine Fritz, on August 18,1949
Her stubbornness was a trait that defined her, but it was also what made her so remarkably unique and lovable to those who knew her best. Nelda’s favorite past times included bowling, being outdoors surrounded by neighbors who became family to her. Most of all she was a proud mother.
Nelda is survived by her son Keipher of Valders, Daughter Katrina (Dan) of California. Special friends

Nelda was preceded in death by her parents Andrew Ray and Geraldine Fritz, as well as her son Brad. While her physical presence may be gone, her memories will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved Nelda.
A Celebration of Life for Nelda will be held on March 9th, 2025, from 1-4pm at Bruce’s Bar and Bowl in Valders, WI. It will be an opportunity for friends and family to come together to honor and cherish the life of a remarkable woman who touched the lives of so many.
In the wake of her loss, may we find peace in the memories shared. Rest in peace, Nelda your spirit will forever be cherished and remembered.
