Nathaniel McGree, the owner of Tyrol Basin Ski Resort in Mount Horeb, pleaded not guilty.
McGree entered the plea as he faces charges of battery and disorderly conduct following an incident involving a teenager.
In court on Monday, McGree faced allegations of grabbing the teen by the neck after the 17-year-old attempted to sneak onto the ski hill without paying.
McGree is also accused of attempting to knock the teen’s phone from his hand and improperly charging $120 to the teen’s credit card, despite the resort’s $60 entry fee.
