A fire in an apartment complex in western Manitowoc has caused significant damage. Manitowoc police say the fire was reported at about 3:30 this morning and fire fighters were still on site as of 6 AM. No injuries were reported as law enforcement was able to evacuate all residents safely. The complex is located in the 5100 block of Expo Drive just north of the fairgrounds. More information is expected to be released later today.
