InCourage is set to host its Annual Domestic Chef Charity Event on Saturday (March 8th) at The Inn on Maritime Bay.
This fundraiser will be an evening of food, auctions, and entertainment, all in support of InCourage’s mission to help survivors of domestic violence.
Valarie Oswald-Samson, the Director of Community Engagement at InCourage gave us a run down of what the day will entail.
“It starts off with a dinner of over 20 chefs of the local Manitowoc area, and then a live auction with auctioneer Charlie Kurth,” she explained. “We have speakers, and entertainment by Amriah Franzen and The Jukebox Road Dogs this year.”
Valarie explained that everyone is welcome to attend.
“Tickets are $75 apiece, and they are selling rapidly,” she noted. “We’re looking at selling out again this year so definitely get on the website and purchase your tickets today.”

Community members can participate as chefs, become sponsors, or donate auction items to support the cause.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $250 to $5,000, offering marketing benefits along with event tickets.
Chefs are encouraged to prepare 200 two ounce portions of their favorite dish, from appetizers to desserts.
