A Francis Creek man has been sentenced in a pair of drug cases.
43-year-old Joseph Greg Rochon was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, his second offense, and Possession of Amphetamine or Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver.
Judge Anthony Lambrecht ordered Rochon to spend three and a half years in prison followed by three and a half years on extended supervision on two separate cases.
In one of those instances, police conducted a search warrant on a residence in the 2400 block of Washington Street, where Rochon and 53-year-old Sarah Jane Christensen allowed others to use drugs.
Rochon has several other convictions on drug and domestic abuse charges.
As a part of his sentencing, Rochon was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety, submit to random urine screens, and obtain his GED or HSED.
Christensen is due for a plea hearing on April 1st.
