
It is officially election season in the City of Sheboygan.
In-person absentee voting has opened today (March 18th) at City Hall and will remain open until Friday, March 28th.
In-person voting opened today at 7:30 a.m. and will remain open until 4:30 p.m. and will follow the same schedule through Thursday (March 20th); however, on Friday (March 21st), polls will close at 11:00 a.m.
Next week’s voting schedule will again have polls open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m. with the exception of the 28th when polls close at 5:00 p.m.
Curbside voting will also be offered at City Hall during these hours and to do so, contact the City Clerk’s Office at 920-459-3361.
On the ballot, Sheboyganites will be posed with the choice of incumbent Ryan Sorenson or Alder John Belanger for Mayor.
Other races have Ryan Meyer running against Ryna Menzer in District One, Daniel Peterson and Micheal Close running in District Three, and incumbent Grazia Perella taking on Juan Perez in District Seven.
Candidates running for seats on the Sheboygan Area School District Board are Allie Tasche, Roger Oliver, Mary Lynne Donohue, Rhonda Brami, and Denise Wittstock.
