***ORIGINAL STORY***
The man accused of punching his significant other in the face at a local grocery store is free on bond.
32-year-old Garron E. Rowe was given a $500 cash bond on charges of Substantial Battery and Disorderly Conduct, each with Domestic Abuse Orders, as well as two counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Rowe was reported to be at Rob’s Family Market at 8:00 Monday evening (March 17th), when he believed his significant other was hitting on the man behind the meat counter.
The victim told police he had punched her in the face, causing blood to drip onto the floor and her shirt.
An employee reported seeing the couple leaving the store, with the victim holding her nose.
Rowe told police he had only pushed the victim.
As a part of his bond Rowe was ordered to have no contact with the victim or premises she may occupy.
He will be back in court on March 24th for his initial appearance.
