A Madison woman was arrested yesterday afternoon for her fourth OWI offense following a crash in Middleton.
Officers responded to a scene where a vehicle had veered off the road at the intersection of CTH Q and Bishops Bay Pkwy.
The driver showed signs of impairment, with a strong odor of alcohol detected.
After conducting field sobriety tests, authorities confirmed she was intoxicated.
The woman was arrested and taken into custody at the Dane County Jail.
