An Eastern Wisconsin Senator wants to hear your opinion on the state budget.
Senator Andre Jacque will be at Kaukauna High School on April 2nd, where he will give the public time to make their voices heard as lawmakers formulate the state’s new spending plan.
The seven-hour hearing is one of four the committee is holding across the state. Sen. Jacque called the hearing a “fantastic opportunity for us to speak directly with committee members as they begin work on setting spending and tax policy for the next two years.”
The hearing will begin at 10:00 a.m., and those who are unable to attend can state their views to committee members via the Joint Finance web portal or by emailing members at budget.comments@legis.wi.gov.
