A Green Bay woman was arrested for driving impaired with a child in the car.
The Wisconsin State Patrol reports that a Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 41 near the village of Ashwaubenon on Saturday (March 22nd) just before midnight.
The Trooper made contact with the driver, 29-year-old Tia Vogel of Green Bay, and observed drug activity along with indicators of impairment.
An investigation followed, including a field sobriety test, which indicated that Vogel was driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.
The 29-year-old was subsequently arrested and charged with operating with a controlled substance with a passenger under the age of 16, her first offense.
The incident remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol as they await the result of a blood test.
