
Authorities have released additional details regarding a recent police pursuit in Fond du Lac County.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office has shared that 25-year-old Justin Fena of Waukesha has been given a $100,000 cash bond after being arrested on March 4th for fleeing from police at high speeds.
Fena was apprehended after the chase ended when his vehicle struck a milk tanker on State Highway 175 near County Highway F in Fond du Lac County.
Once in custody, K9 Iro was dispatched to search the 25-year-old’s vehicle and uncovered five firearms, including two AK-47 rifles, and a significant amount of ammunition.
Additionally, undetermined amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, THC, ketamine, and MDMA were found during the search.
Fena faces five counts of First-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Cocaine, LSD, and Designer Drugs, and numerous other charges related to leading deputies on a pursuit.
At this time, a future court date is yet to be scheduled for Fena following his initial appearance last week.
