An early morning crash in Manitowoc County caused a brief closure on Interstate 43.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has said the crash took place on I-43 northbound near Francis Creek just after 3:15 a.m.
Responding Deputies from the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office blocked off traffic on I-43 at State Highway 310 while crews worked to clear the crash.
Following the brief closure, both northbound lanes on the interstate were able to reopen at approximately 5:00 a.m.
As of now, it is uncertain if anyone was injured as a result of the crash, which closed 43 for roughly two hours.
