More work is being done on Manitowoc’s River Point District.
The Common Council approved accepting a bid from Vinton Construction to complete phase four of the project.
According to city documents, construction would include erosion control, road and sidewalk work, plus sanitary and sewer instillations.
The area used to be known as the CN Peninsula but was changed close to four years ago.
The city purchased the land in 2019 for $800,000.
