The 2025 Seehafer News Mayoral Debate with Justin Nickels and Jasson Prigge will be aired on 1240 FM WOMT, 980 FM WCUB, WOMTRadio.com, and CubRadio.com, starting at 9:05 a.m. on March 25th.
A coin flip will be held prior to the debate, with the winner of the flip decide to either go first in the opening or closing statements. The opening statements will be 2 minutes long.
Ryan Brahm and Eric Bauer will be co-moderating the debate, and will ask questions submitted by members of the public. All questions were reviewed internally to ensure they are worded properly, and are not favoring or belittling either candidate.
The candidates will trade off answering first for each question. Whichever candidate goes second with their opening statement will answer the first question first. Each candidate will get two minutes to answer the question. After the second candidate answers, the each candidate will have an opportunity to issue a 30-second rebuttal.
At the end of the 1 hour debate, each candidate will get one minute to issue a closing statement.
