A driver from Chicago has been arrested in Jefferson County for allegedly committing their eighth offense of operating while intoxicated (OWI).
State Patrol officers stopped the vehicle yesterday due to defective brake lights.
After conducting a field sobriety test, the driver was arrested and charged with their eighth OWI, as well as driving without insurance or registration.
