Various conditional use permits (CUP) are set to be discussed in the City of Sheboygan.
Sheboygan’s City Plan Commission will meet today (March 25th) at 4:00 p.m. with three separate CUPs on the docket.
The first CUP has been submitted by Vangmoua LLC to operate a clothing store and carryout kitchen at 1322 North 13th Street.
The building was formerly operated as a clothing store named Dragon Shopping Center and the applicant wishes to continue with the same name while opening a takeout and delivery restaurant in the other half of the location.
The second CUP up for discussion would see, if approved, the installation of a monument sign erected at the American Family Insurance office at 601 Center Street.
Today’s final CUP up for consideration has been submitted by Marshall Sign.
They are proposing the installation of an artistic mural depicting Lake Michigan on the newly opened Berkshire Apartments located at 1009 South 10th Street.
Any of these CUPs that are approved by the City Plan Commission today would then move in front of the Sheboygan Common Council for full approval at a future date.
