Nathaniel McGree, the owner of Tyrol Basin Ski Resort in Mount Horeb, will stand trial in June on charges of assaulting a teenager.
McGree has been accused of grabbing a 17-year-old by the neck on February 24 after the teen attempted to sneak onto the ski hill without paying.
In addition to the assault charges, McGree is also facing accusations of attempting to knock the teen’s phone from his hand and charging him $120 for entry, despite the standard fee being $60.
A one-day trial is set for June 18.
