The man involved in a SWAT incident earlier this week in Manitowoc is still in jail.
55-year-old Kurt D. Hall was given a $3,000 cash bond on charges of Fleeing or Eluding an Officer, 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Resisting an Officer, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Hall was initially pulled over on North 10th Street last Thursday (March 20th) as he was known to have a warrant for his arrest in Sheboygan County.
However, he fled from and eluded police until Monday morning (March 24th) when he was located in his home.
Hall barricaded himself inside, resulting in SWAT forcing their way in to take him into custody.
As a part of his bond, Hall was ordered to not operate a motor vehicle without a valid license.
He is due for his initial appearance on March 31st.
