A Beloit man has been charged with a child sex crime in Walworth County.
The Town of Geneva Police received information on March 20th that Cody Hubanks, 33, had been communicating with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old girl on Facebook Messenger.
He reportedly sent explicit messages and photos to the teen.
Hubanks traveled to Geneva to meet the minor, but he was apprehended during a traffic stop before the encounter could take place.
