The man accused of stealing a tablet from a Manitowoc manufacturer is now facing additional charges.
37-year-old Joshua A. Church appeared for his bail hearing Tuesday, where charges of Burglary, Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling, and Possession of Illegally Obtain Prescriptions, Burglarious Tools, and Methamphetamine were levied against him.
His bail was also set at $500 cash, which he has yet to furnish. Manitowoc police officers were called to Manitowoc Tool and Machining Monday (March 24th), where they were shown video surveillance of Church entering the facility through an unlocked service door.
He then entered an office, emerged a short time later, and left.
An employee reported that a tablet was missing a few hours later.
Church was later arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies on an unrelated burglary, and connected him to the incident.
As a part of his bond, Church was ordered to have no contact with MTM, and to maintain absolute sobriety.
He is due for his initial appearance on March 31st.
