A Hortonville man is facing another OWI charge.
The Wisconsin State Patrol announced that the Outagamie County Communications Center received a complaint about a reckless driver on northbound I-41.
A state trooper found the vehicle in Brown County south of Freedom Road and contacted the 63-year-old driver.
The trooper noticed several signs of impairment, and a field sobriety test was done.
Robin Bryan Robertson was later arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated, a 4th offense.
He was later taken to the Outagamie County Jail following a blood draw.
