One of the two teens from Random Lake charged with sexual assault of a child has been convicted.
16-year-old Cole Guttmann was present in a Sheboygan County courtroom last week for a plea hearing as he was facing seven felony counts including First-Degree Sexual Assault-Sexual Contact or Intercourse with a Person Under the Age of 13, Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and Child Sexual Exploitation, Possession and Exhibition of Child Pornography by a Person Under the Age of 18, along with two counts of Incest with a Child.
The 16-year-old entered a no contest plea to the Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child charge; however, Judge George Limbeck threw out the six other felonies he was charged with.
Guttmann and 16-year-old Spencer Dietrich have been accused of forcing two young brothers into engaging in sexual acts together, recording it, and distributing the video to others.
Guttmann is facing two additional felony charges of First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in Ozaukee County related to the incident.
He will return to court in Ozaukee County for those charges on April 24th before returning to Sheboygan County court on June 6th for his sentencing hearing.
