A Florida man is facing his 5th OWI charge after being arrested in Fond du Lac County.
Wisconsin State Patrol says a trooper was driving on northbound I-41 when they observed a vehicle traveling very fast and conducted a traffic stop.
The trooper noticed 56-year-old Kumar Singh of Orlando was showing signs of impairment and saw open drinks in the vehicle.
Singh was placed under arrest for Operating While Intoxicated.
He was taken to the Fond du Lac County Jail after an evidentiary blood draw.
