A GoFundMe has been set up to help the family of the child who passed away from a fire in Calumet County.
The mother of 14-month-old Luka Dean Tipton set up the page because she will have expenses from the house fire and medical expenses for healing after the tragic event.
Donations will be used for memorabilia, therapy, and other expenses from the tragedy, but not for the funeral.
According to Luka’s mother, Sippel Funeral Home will not charge for child services.
Firefighters were called to the home near New Holstein on Tuesday morning (March 26th) where a child was found unresponsive.
Luka was taken to a local hospital, where they were pronounced deceased.
No other details were released after the fire.
