A man charged with ten counts of child pornography possession has reached a plea deal.
Court records show that 37-year-old Robert Curtis III was back in court on Wednesday (March 26th).
Judge Robert Dewane scheduled a plea date for June 6th.
Curtis was arrested in 2023 after a female came forward saying that there were seven different occasions where he touched her inappropriately or that she was forced to touch him.
He is also facing charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child and 1st-degree child sexual assault.
