Sheboygan Senior Community (SSC), a cornerstone of senior care in Sheboygan County, is taking decisive action to address the growing senior living crisis.
Through the Embrace the Next Chapter Campaign, SSC aims to raise $4 million toward a $13 million project to expand its campus with a 35-apartment assisted living complex and additional amenities, including a Performance & Entertainment venue.
This critical expansion will help meet the needs of a rapidly growing senior population who require not only a home but also advanced care that ensures they live with dignity, comfort, and support.
To fund this expansion, SSC has partnered with the USDA Rural Development Loan Program, which has approved a $13 million loan with a 4% interest rate.
