Few details are available after police in Sheboygan discovered a dead body.
The Sheboygan Police Department responded to a welfare check at a construction site in the 1200 block of Erie Avenue on Sunday (March 30th) just after 5:00 p.m.
The initial call reported that an individual was down at the site.
Arriving officers located an unidentified 49-year-old man who was deceased.
An investigator was called to the scene to assist, and no initial signs of foul play were discovered.
However, the circumstances surrounding the man’s death are still under investigation, including an autopsy which is scheduled with the Sheboygan County Medical Examiner’s Office.
