
A Middleton man was arrested for his 11th operating while intoxicated (OWI) offense after an officer noticed his vehicle’s high beam lights were on.
The stop occurred on Elmwood Avenue. Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected a strong odor of alcohol, and the driver’s eyes appeared glazed.
The man admitted to consuming alcohol, and a breath test revealed a BAC of 0.11%.
He was arrested and taken into custody at a local jail.
