A local youth wrestling organization had several grapplers fare well at the WWF Folkstyle State Championships.
Morgan Sickinger from Whitelaw Warriors Wrestling reports that Kenley Berglund earned a 1st place medal, her third folkstyle championship in her fifth trip to state.
Meanwhile, Benjamin and Robbie Mediano each finished in 4th place, while Faith Brusk earned a 5th-place finish.
Sickinger said of the tournament, “Overall, the Whitelaw Warriors Wrestling Club had a great showing of all its members with everyone earning quality matches and experience.”
