Bank First has a new Chief Operating Officer.
Brendan Marston will take the role after serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Bank Operations at Associated Bank.
Martson will oversee Deposit Operations, Retail and Commercial Loan Operations, Treasury Management, and Branch Operations in his new role.
The statement from Bank First continues saying, extensive background in operational leadership will strengthen internal processes and support the Bank’s continued growth while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Bank First President Tim McFarlane said of Brendan, “His proven leadership and deep expertise in banking operations will be instrumental as we advance strategic initiatives to deliver a remarkable experience for our customers.”
