A Manitowoc man has been sentenced in three separate cases.
35-year-old Thomas James Bellmer was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Carrying a Concealed Knife, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Possession of THC, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Felony Bail Jumping, while charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping were dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Jerylin Dietz ordered Bellmer to spend 10 months plus 145 days in the Manitowoc County Jail under the Huber Law.
Bellmer has been in trouble with the law numerous times in the past two years, as fourteen cases have been brought before the court dating back to February of 2023.
Previous charges include numerous drug charges, Disorderly Conduct Battery or Threat to a Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Criminal Damage to Property, Domestic Abuse charges, and Lewd or Lascivious Behavior in Public.
Bellmer also has an open case where he faces charges of Possession of THC, Designer Drugs with Intent to Deliver, and Drug Paraphernalia, along with four counts of bail jumping, three felony and one misdemeanor.
That case is before Judge Anthony Lambrecht with a preliminary Hearing slated for this Thursday (April 17th).
