Mental Health America Lakeshore is gearing up for an annual suicide awareness fundraiser.
The 5th Annual Suicide Awareness Convoy is scheduled for May 3rd, and will begin in Oostburg. Semis and numerous other vehicles will take off at 10:00 a.m., en route to Manitowoc along I-43.
They will land at the Expo Center, where there will be raffles, a petting zoo, face painting, and a kids’ choice trophy for the best vehicle on display.
The Smiling Moose will be serving drinks, and food trucks will be on hand serving your favorite foods.
100% of the proceeds from the event will go back to Mental Health America Lakeshore as they continue the battle against suicide.
