
A busy beginning to the week in high school sports around the lakeshore begins with a look at the baseball schedule, where Manitowoc Lincoln welcomes the Denmark Vikings for a non-conference game at Municipal Field.
The first pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lutheran’s varsity heads to Howards Grove while the junior varsity travels to Elkhart Lake/Glenbeulah, Roncalli heads to Peshtigo, Hilbert heads to Valders, Kiel hosts Sturgeon Bay, Sheboygan Falls welcomes North Fond Du Lac, Plymouth hosts Chilton, and Kohler/Sheboygan Christian entertains New Berlin Eisenhower.
Elsewhere, Algoma travels to Luxemburg Casco, Southern Door hosts Marinette, Bay Port hosts Kaukauna, Kimberly visits Appleton West, Appleton East heads to Stevens Point, Little Chute has a short trip to Fox Valley Lutheran, Winnebago Lutheran Academy of Fond Du Lac heads to St. Mary’s Springs and Random Lake plays host to Clinton.
In girls softball, Manitowoc Lincoln heads to Ashwaubenon to play The Jaguars, Two Rivers has a make up game in Kewaunee, Reedsville heads to Green Bay to play NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy, Kiel hosts Elkhart Lake Glenbeulah, Brillion hosts Hilbert, Howards Grove is in Oostburg, Sheboygan South heads crosstown to play Sheboygan North, Plymouth entertains Sheboygan Falls/ Kohler, Denmark hosts Oconto Falls, and Chilton ventures to Kewaskum.
Meanwhile, Southern Door hosts Algoma, the co-op of Living Word Lutheran/Heritage Christian plays at Cedar Grove Belgium, Green Bay Preble hosts De Pere, Bay Port is at Notre Dame, Pulaski hosts Green Bay Southwest, Luxemburg Casco is home for Marinette,, Xavier of Appleton is at Seymour, Menasha hosts Stevens Point, Little Chute is at Waupaca, Wrightstown hosts Freedom, St. Mary’s Springs of Fond Du Lac heads crosstown for a game with Winnebago Lutheran and Winneconne hosts the Omro Foxes.
The girls’ soccer slate has Roncalli Two Rivers playing at New Holstein, Sheboygan Lutheran/Christian heading to Jackson to play Living Word Lutheran, Lake Country Lutheran of Hartland visiting Oostburg, Green Bay West visiting Green Bay East, Green Bay Preble at West De Pere, Notre Dame off Green Bay hosting Fox Valley Lutheran of Appleton, Pulaski playing at Kaukauna, and Hortonville hosting The Neenah Rockets.
In Boys Golf, it’s the season opener for several teams as Brillion hosts the first of several Eastern Wisconsin Mini meets at Wander Springs, and Mishicot meets Sevastopol at Cherry Hills Golf and Lodge in Sturgeon Bay.
In Track and Field, Manitowoc Lincoln heads to Green Bay Preble for a co-ed quadrangular with De Pere and Pulaski and the host Hornets and Two Rivers travels to Sheboygan Falls for a co-ed quadrangular with the host Falcons, Valders and Kiel.
