A Two Rivers-based manufacturer of high-end exotic veneers has been sold.
Wisco Wood Products LLC. purchased Woodland Face Veneer in a sale brokered by John Foster of Creative Business Services.
Rick and Sharon Philipps, longtime owners of Woodland Face Veneer, have built a legacy of craftsmanship and excellence in veneer manufacturing at their facility located at 1911 Columbus Street in Two Rivers.
Under their leadership, the company has earned a reputation as one of the finest in the industry.
The new owner, Joseph Ziolkowski of Wisco Wood Products LLC, brings experience and vision to continue the company’s tradition of excellence while exploring new growth opportunities.
Foster notes that the sale “ensures that Woodland Face Veneer’s commitment to quality and superior craftsmanship remains strong.”
Attorney Andrew J. Steimle of Steimle Birschbach represented the seller, ensuring a seamless legal process for the transaction.
