Brewers starter Corbin Burnes took his first loss of the season Monday in an 8-0 loss to Miami.
The Marlins knocked Burnes out of the game with a four-run sixth inning. Milwaukee’s right-hander has been one of the most dominant starting pitchers in Major League Baseball, but he wound up surrendering four earned runs on eight hits.
Tyler Rogers and two relievers held Milwaukee scoreless for the Marlins.
Kolten Wong had three hits in the losing cause.
