Former Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Jesus Aguilar powered Miami to a 6-2 victory Wednesday with his fifth home run in the last six games.
The Marlins took the series two out of three and Aguilar went 4-for-11 with two homers and five runs batted in.
Kolten Wong accounted for all of Milwaukee’s runs with a third-inning homer with a man on base.
Zach Godley took the loss in his first start, giving up four runs and walking five. He bruised the index finger on his pitching hand and was removed from the game, then placed on the 10-day injured list.
