Police in Manitowoc arrested a 37-year-old man after he allegedly smashed in a car window and stole a lockbox.
Officers were sent to Broadway Automotive, located at 4000 Grand Avenue in Manitowoc, just after 7:00 AM yesterday (May 12th) after an employee noticed that the rear driver’s side window of one of the vehicles in the lot had been smashed and a lockbox containing the key to the vehicle had been stolen.
