Authorities in Green Bay are investigating a robbery that occurred at the El Rachito Mexican Restaurant on the near east side.
Officers were sent to the restaurant located in the 200 block of Webster Avenue at around 5:30 Sunday afternoon, where they were told that a man had threatened a female worker with a knife.
A worker who witnessed the incident told the Green Bay Police that the man grabbed the woman’s sweatshirt and pointed a knife at her demanding money.
The store was empty, with the exception of the employees, at the time, and no injuries were reported.
The K9 unit was brought to the scene in an attempt to track the suspect, but no one has been taken into custody at this time.
