The 50-year-old Manitowoc man charged in the death of his seven-year-old great-nephew has rejected a plea deal offer.
Timothy Houshcultz faces eight charges for ordering the punishment that prosecutors say caused the death of Ethan Houschultz three years ago.
Timothy Hauschultz has pleaded not guilty, and his Manitowoc County trial is scheduled to start on December 6th.
He is scheduled to return to court in July when attorneys will discuss which questions can be asked of prospective jurors – plus other topics connected to the trial.
Two other people were charged in the boy’s death.
