Madison M Hebert, 20, Manitowoc, battery or threat to Judge, Prosecutor or Law Enforcement and throw/ discharge bodily fluid on public safety worker on 10/26/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentences are withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation are: 1) Maintain absolute sobriety; 2) Take all medications as prescribed; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 4) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 5) Pay costs of action; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Submit DNA sample.

Austin D Wifler, 25, Manitowoc, knowingly violate domestic abuse order on 8/16/19, Guilty due to no contest plea, $443.00 court costs, to be paid by 07-14-21 or 9 days jail. Submit DNA sample. Court further states that if for 2 years from today, the defendant goes without an arrest for violating an injunction or having another one filed against him, Court will grant expungement of record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes, finding that defendant will benefit and society will not be harmed.
