Gordon E. Sweetman, age 84, of Manitowoc passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc and a Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at All-Care Center (925 S. 14th Street) from 10:00 a.m. until 12 Noon at which time there will be a remembrance of his life.
Survivors include his children: Christine Brunner, Cynthia Dempsey, Kelly (Margaret Hebert) Sweetman, Cathrine (Randi) Heyduk , Kurt (Brenda) Sweetman, Keith (Amy Berge) Sweetman, Carol (Gary) Paider; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two brothers: William Sweetman, Robert (Lynn) Sweetman; and one sister: Nancy (Charles) Vesley. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Minnie and James Sweetman; three grandchildren: Raymond, Jocyln, and Mandissa; three brothers: Orland “Sonny”, James “Junior” and Eugene Sweetman; three sisters: Helen, Rose Marie “Snookie” and Florence; and the mother of his children: Patricia Vetter.
