Manitowoc Lincoln used a solid pitching effort from Lizzy Stuebs to defeat Green Bay Southwest 3-1 yesterday in FRCC Girls Softball action at Citizen Park.
Stuebs went the 7-inning distance, scattering 9-hits and an earned run to go along with 6-strikeouts and no walks.
Karenna Sorenson delivered a single and an RBI while teammate Delaney Granger added a double and a run scored.
Maria Kraynek had a single and run scored in the win, the Ships 9th this season in 13-games.
