As COVID-19 cases continue to wane, the Manitowoc County Health Department has announced they will resume the following clinical services effective today (May 24th).
They include Badger Care enrollment assistance, Blood Pressure Screenings, Lead Testing, Pregnancy Testing, TB skin testing, and WIC Nutrition Program Services.
County Health Officer Stephanie Lambert told Seehafer News, “While the Health Department has done an excellent job responding to the needs of COVID-19, we are ready to open our doors and resume offering high-quality in-person care to the community.”
Nurse Manager Heather Feest added, “As we move past COVID and into our new phase of development we are excited to resume in-person care while continuing outreach and services.”
The Health Department will also resume offering routine immunizations, Hepatitis C and HIV Screening in July.
