Sheboygan Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred yesterday (June 3rd).
Officers responded to a residence in the 1800 block of Bell Avenue where it was determined that an argument broke out between a 39-year-old Oshkosh man and a 29-year-old male who lived at the residence.
The investigation revealed that the Oshkosh man brandished a knife and stabbed the resident multiple times.
He was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and released.
The suspect was located in the area and taken into custody and charges of substantial battery and resisting arrest have been referred to the Sheboygan County DA’s Office.
The victim has also been referred for a charge of battery and remains in custody on a probation violation.
